Day 3: Cost, Risk & Procurement Management

  • Advanced cost estimating and budgeting techniques
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance tracking
  • Risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Procurement planning and contract management
  • Practical exercise: EVM and risk management plan

 

Day 4: Stakeholder, Team & Performance Management
